This form is for vendors who need assistance setting up their store, adding products, uploading product photos, or preparing their catalog for review.

For general instructions, read the Vendor Product Upload Guide first.

Use this form if you would like the Palenque Team to help set up your vendor store, add products, or review your product information and photos.

Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, wallet PINs, or unnecessary private documents through this form.

Send your product list, prices, pack sizes and notes in whichever way is easiest. After submission, Palenque will provide a secure Google Drive link for your product photos.
