We accept online payment and cod (Rider/courier shoulder first)

Fruits and vegetables are sold based on the indicated weight, piece, bundle, or pack.

Customers may check the quality of fresh produce before purchasing.

Fresh produce should be properly stored after purchase to maintain freshness.

4. Grocery Items

Please check the item, quantity, size, and expiration date before paying.

Opened, consumed, damaged due to customer handling, or improperly stored items may not be eligible for exchange or return.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be considered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Proof of purchase may be required.

Items must be returned within the store’s specified return period and, when applicable, in their original condition.

Perishable and fresh food items may have limited return/exchange eligibility.

6. Order Reservations

Reserved items must be claimed within the agreed time.

Unclaimed reservations may be cancelled and made available for other customers.
