Promo & Wallet Credit Terms

1. Promo Eligibility

• Promos may be applied automatically or through coupon codes.
• Customer must meet the minimum amount or other promo conditions.

2. Wallet Credits

• Credits issued by PalenquePH may be used for product purchases.
• Credits cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.
• Credits may be revoked if issued due to system errors or fraud.

3. Coupon Use

• Coupons are single-use unless stated otherwise.
• Coupons may require logged-in accounts.
• Expired coupons cannot be reissued.

4. Misuse & Account Risk

• Multiple-account creation is strictly prohibited.
• PalenquePH may suspend accounts abusing promo mechanics.

Palenque reserves the right to amend promo terms without prior notice.
