Rider Liability & Safety Rules

These rules apply to all delivery riders using the PalenquePH Delivery App.

1. Rider Responsibilities

• Maintain a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Keep the motorcycle in safe and roadworthy condition.
• Follow all traffic laws and local regulations.
• Ensure orders are handled carefully and kept upright.
• Verify the correct order before leaving the vendor.

2. Liability

• Riders are responsible for safe handling of orders during transit.
• PalenquePH is not liable for traffic violations or accidents caused by riders.
• Damage to goods due to negligence may be deducted from rider earnings.

3. Safety Conduct

• No reckless driving or overspeeding.
• No tampering with packages.
• No opening or inspecting sealed items.
• No rude or aggressive behavior toward customers or vendors.

4. Account Suspension

PalenquePH may suspend a rider for violations including but not limited to:

• Late deliveries
• Mishandling goods
• Fraudulent activities
• Harassment or misconduct

Continued violations may result in permanent account termination.
