PALENQUE — REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of fresh goods (vegetables, meat, seafood, fruits), Palenque enforces a strict but fair refund and return policy.

1. No Return Policy for Perishables

Perishable goods cannot be returned, except when:
  • Item is spoiled upon delivery
  • Item is severely damaged
  • Wrong item or quantity was delivered

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted if:
  • Item is spoiled or unsafe
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Missing items
  • Weight/quantity is significantly wrong
  • Vendor failed to prepare the order properly

3. Reporting Timeframe

All claims must be submitted within:
  • 2 hours after delivery
Attach:
  • Clear photos or video proof
Claims beyond 2 hours may be denied unless proven valid.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds may be issued as:
 
  • Wallet credits
  • Coupon replacement
  • Gateway reversal (if applicable)

5. Situations Not Eligible for Refund

❌ Customer changes mind
❌ Incorrect address provided
❌ Customer unavailable during delivery
❌ Damage caused after acceptance

6. Delivery Issues

If rider errors occur (e.g., item spilled), Palenque may compensate through:
  • Wallet credits
  • Partial refund
  • Redelivery (case-by-case)
