Due to the nature of fresh goods (vegetables, meat, seafood, fruits), Palenque enforces a strict but fair refund and return policy.
1. No Return Policy for Perishables
Perishable goods cannot be returned, except when:
- Item is spoiled upon delivery
- Item is severely damaged
- Wrong item or quantity was delivered
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be granted if:
- Item is spoiled or unsafe
- Incorrect item delivered
- Missing items
- Weight/quantity is significantly wrong
- Vendor failed to prepare the order properly
3. Reporting Timeframe
All claims must be submitted within:
- 2 hours after delivery
