Product Quality & Packaging Standards

1. Quality Standards

• All products must be fresh and in good condition.
• No rotten, expired, bruised, or wilted items.
• Seafood must be fresh with no foul odor.
• Frozen goods must remain fully frozen until rider pickup.

2. Packaging Requirements

• Use clean, food-grade packaging materials.
• Liquids and wet items must be double wrapped to prevent leaks.
• Meat and fish must be placed in sealed plastic or food-safe liners.
• Vegetables must be placed in breathable bags.

3. Labeling

• Each order must include an order label generated from the Platform.
• Labels must be securely attached and readable by riders.

4. Handling & Storage

• Raw and cooked items must not be mixed in the same bag.
• Vendors must follow safe handling guidelines as per BFAD/DA regulations.

Palenque may suspend or remove vendors who consistently fail to follow these standards.
