Product Quality & Packaging Standards

1. Quality Standards
- All products must be fresh and in good condition.
- No rotten, expired, bruised, or wilted items.
- Seafood must be fresh with no foul odor.
- Frozen goods must remain fully frozen until rider pickup.
2. Packaging Requirements
- Use clean, food-grade packaging materials.
- Liquids and wet items must be double wrapped to prevent leaks.
- Meat and fish must be placed in sealed plastic or food-safe liners.
- Vegetables must be placed in breathable bags.
3. Labeling
- Each order must include an order label generated from the Platform.
- Labels must be securely attached and readable by riders.
4. Handling & Storage
- Raw and cooked items must not be mixed in the same bag.
- Vendors must follow safe handling guidelines as per BFAD/DA regulations.
Palenque may suspend or remove vendors who consistently fail to follow these standards.
