PalenquePH is committed to providing customers with fresh, safe, and high-quality products. This Fresh Food & Vendor Quality Policy outlines the standards that all participating vendors must comply with when selling food items through the PalenquePH Platform.

1. Freshness Requirements

• All fruits, vegetables, meat, poultry, seafood, and other perishables must be fresh, clean, and safe for consumption.
• No expired, spoiled, bruised, or foul-smelling items may be sold.
• Vendors must follow proper food handling and hygiene practices at all times.

2. Product Handling Standards

• Items must be stored in a clean environment free from pests, contaminants, and unsanitary exposure.
• Seafood and meat must be kept properly chilled when required.
• Fresh goods must be handled with clean tools and containers.

3. Packaging Guidelines

• Products must be securely packed to prevent leakage, damage, or contamination.
• Food-safe plastic, kraft paper, or biodegradable bags are recommended.
• All packaging must be sealed or tied securely before rider pickup.

4. Accurate Weight & Quantity

• Displayed weight and price must be accurate.
• If final weight differs from customer selection, vendors must use the official Platform weight adjustment process.

5. Compliance & Penalties

Failure to meet quality requirements may result in:

• Warning notices
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent vendor removal

Palenque reserves the right to inspect vendors and remove any listings that violate these standards.
