Requirements to Become a Vendor
- Valid ID (any government issued)
- Selfie with your ID (for verification and marketplace safety
- Active mobile number
- At least 1 product ready to upload
- GCash/Bank account for payouts (optional but recommended)
Verification Steps
To protect both buyers and sellers, Palenque requires identity verification before your store becomes active.
- Prepare a valid government ID Acceptable IDs: UMID, Driver’s License, Passport, National ID, Voter’s ID
- Take a clear selfie while holding your ID Make sure:
- Your face is visible
- ID details are readable
- Background is bright
- Upload both photos in the Vendor Registration Form
- Wait for admin approval Approval time: 1–24 hours
