Rider Requirements

  • Motorcycle / Tricycle / E-bike / Bicycle
  • Valid Driver’s License (for MC)
  • OR / CR or Authorization Letter
  • Mobile phone with data
  • Helmet
  • Valid ID
  • GCash account (for payouts)
  • (Optional but recommended):
  • Insulated bag
  • Raincoat / Jacket

Rider Verification

1. Upload your valid ID. Must be clear and readable.
2. Upload your selfie with ID. Face and ID must be visible.
3. Upload your motorcycle documents (If applicable: OR/CR, authorization letter, etc.)
4. Upload a selfie with your motorcycle/bike
5. Wait for approval. Approval time: 1–24 hours.

Earnings and Incentives

Riders earn through multiple channels:

Base Earnings:

How Delivery Works

1. Rider receives delivery request in the app
2. Pick up items from the assigned vendor
3. Verify items (fresh, correct, secure)
4. Deliver to customer
5. Mark order “Delivered”
6. Payment processed automatically to earnings wallet

How to Apply as a Rider

Step 1 — Click “Apply as Rider” button below. Goes to Rider Application Form.
Step 2 — Fill out your details.  Name, mobile number, address.
Step 3 — Upload ID + Selfie + Vehicle photos
Step 4 — Submit your application
Step 5 — Wait for approval
Step 6 — Download the Rider App (once approved).  We will supply the download link.
Step 7 — Start receiving delivery requests
