These guidelines ensure that all Palenque vendors operate fairly, safely, and in compliance with local laws.
1. Business Legitimacy
- Vendors must comply with all national and local regulations related to selling food and goods.
- Proper business permits may be required upon inspection.
2. Accurate Listings
- Prices, descriptions, and weights must be accurate and updated regularly.
- No misleading photos or descriptions are allowed.
3. Order Fulfillment
- Vendors must prepare orders immediately upon receipt.
- Cancellations due to stock issues must be avoided.
- Substitutions require customer approval (via Platform notes).
4. Product Safety
- Vendors must follow proper sanitation and food handling standards.
- Contaminated or unsafe products are strictly prohibited.
5. Cooperation with Riders
- Orders must be ready at estimated pickup time.
- Proper packaging must prevent spills and contamination.
6. Violations & Administrative Actions
Palenque may impose warnings, penalties, suspensions, or removal for non-compliance.
By continuing to operate on the Platform, vendors agree to follow these guidelines.
