These Terms govern all delivery partners using Palenque's Delivery Driver App.

Onboarding Requirements

• Valid government ID
• Selfie verification
• Valid driver’s license
• Motorcycle plate number

Rider Responsibilities

• Deliver orders safely and promptly
• Handle products with care
• Use the Palenque Driver App properly
• Collect COD payments accurately

Prohibited Actions

• Tampering with orders
• Misappropriation of COD funds
• Abusive behavior toward customers/vendors

Earnings and Payments

• Rider earnings may consist of Base delivery fee, distanced based fee, and incentives (if available)
• Payouts are released weekly or based on the payout schedule.

Liability

Palenque is not liable for violations committed by independent delivery riders.
